At Montaja Ltd, we strive to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags/labels are attached and intact (items without tags will not be accepted)
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items with removed, damaged, or missing labels/tags
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched
  • Once shipped, the order must go through the return process
